OnePrint is committed to supporting our partners and customers in the event of issues with order fulfillment. The return and refund policy is categorized by specific causes as follows:

1. Third-party Error – Shipping Carrier

1. Incorrect address provided by sellerOrder delivered but to an incorrect address due to seller's input.No support for refund or resend.
2. Package damaged during shippingOrder received with damage due to shipping process (torn, dented, missing packaging).OnePrint will resend for free or issue a 100% refund.
3. Order still in transit after 3-5 business daysOrder has not been delivered within the standard shipping time frame.OnePrint will resend for free or issue a 100% refund.
4. Marked as delivered but customer did not receiveNo confirmation of receipt from the customer despite delivery status.OnePrint supports 50% refund or 50% resend.
5. Package lost due to incorrect address from sellerUnable to deliver due to incorrect address provided by the seller.No support for refund or resend.

2. Production Errors

2. Product defectsWrong design, color, size; torn; packaging damage, etc.OnePrint will resend for free or issue a 100% refund. Seller must provide photos of the defective product or customer feedback for full refund eligibility.

3. Returned Orders

Important Notes:

All refund or resend requests must be submitted within 7 days from the incident date.

Please provide photos of defective products and customer feedback for proper support.

This policy applies only to orders handled within OnePrint’s service scope. Special cases may be reviewed individually based on severity and supporting evidence.
